I made my own charms

When I couldn't find what I wanted at the craft stores I took matters into my own hands and made my own, and I like them. I can do the colors I want and need to match the yarn.

Check out her store by clicking on her name above. The necklace above is the beautiful beaded and heart shaped shell necklace. A beautiful piece to have to wear this summer

crochet granny squares and what you can make with them

I believe the granny square never goes out of style. I crocheted these in Berroco suede and placed them in a free form fashion. Added the great turquoise beads and knitted the neck part. It cines around the front and buttons over the heart.
The headband was also done in the granny squares

If you are new to cables check this out

Yesterday I was looking around Etsy and came across this wonderful cable knit neck warmer from HomeMadeOriginals I could not wait to get started on this little cutie and I recieved the pattern quickly. Now I decided to knit this in a ribbon yarn and just love how it turned out.

I don't have my buttons on yet because I have to make them with my polymer clay so those pic's will come later. Now if you want this pattern you can go to the sellar over to the right at Home Made Designs and purchase it. You will not be disapointed and if you are just learning cables this is a super way to get started.

I am also excited to be a part of Etsy Knitters. Check us out!!!

more barefoot fun and a new piece of fabric

This time they are kicked up a little more with some dangling beads. And the red ones pack a punch. They are knitted with a stretch yarn and are small to look at but when put on the foot the stretch in to a foot thong. Very comfortable and very sexy.

I also had a chance to take some photo's yesterday with my new micro lenses. Some really fun close up's of some pansy's and now through some fun editing another piece of great fabric. Check out my Etsy shop over to the right crochet18purple for these little cutties. And one more thing I know I need a pedicure
